As our resident whisky expert, he takes great pride in curating and selecting the finest offerings for our backbar. Jacob's expertise extends beyond his passion for whisky as he also serves as a mentor to our younger team members. His remarkable contributions have garnered him nominations for various awards, solidifying his significance within our team.

Will is our Venue Manager at Savile Row and our fearless leader. He has a long stranding passion for all things spirits.
His incredible recall of distillery facts and their stories arise from his great appreciation of spirit production.
You can catch Will behind the bar shaking (or sipping) a daiquiri and is always keen to wax lyrical about spirits and their background.

Leah is our powerhouse Bar Manager and officially Australia’s No.1 Bartender, crowned top of the @t25bartenders list in 2025! With a sharp eye for detail, unmatched creativity, and a genuine love for the craft, Leah brings world-class energy to every shift behind the bar. Their passion for spirits, dedication to service, and ability to lead with both strength and heart have made them a true force at Savile Row.

Sarah, a dynamic addition to our team hailing from sunny NQ, is fueled by her passion for hospitality and creating meaningful connections with diverse individuals. Her expertise lies in curating unforgettable guest experiences, ensuring everyone feels at ease with the perfect drink in hand. Sarah has a love for all things agave which shines through in her never-ending enthusiasm for a good margarita!

Simone is a core part of our team and has been for years, and is known for his stellar service and Italian charm. Starting his hospitality journey young, working at his Uncle’s bar in Genova, Italy.
After moving to Brisbane, Simone fell in love with Savile Row, joining the team and adding his warm persona, love of hospitality and legendary service to the venue. Housing a passion for all things spirits, he is also our resident Whisky fanatic. Pop into the bar and say hello to Simone when you see him next.

Kowan comes to us from Cairns and brings with him a wealth of experience having worked for the Crystalbrook Group and a multitude of wineries, distilleries and breweries on Kangaroo Island.
His favourite part of Savile Row is learning and being challenged by his colleagues, as well as creating memorable experiences for any and all guests.
