This once-a-year celebration gathers an outstanding lineup including The Scotch Malt Whisky Society, Waubs Harbour, Michter’s Distillery, Sazerac Rye, Glenfiddich, Suntory, Starward, and Diageo.

Your ticket includes access to sample an array of drams plus two tokens on arrival to enjoy nips of any table’s Rare Whisky.

This October, Savile Row proudly hosts The Chop — a month-long fundraiser led by Leah Dunnigan in support of The Burnt Chef Project, a not-for-profit breaking the stigma around mental health in hospitality. Eight bartenders from across Brisbane will each serve their own signature cocktail within their venues, with every drink sold directly funding better conversations, resources, and wellbeing for our industry.

It all culminates on Monday 3 November, when the entire crew unites at Savile Row for one massive takeover: one menu, all bartenders behind the bar, and a powerful show of solidarity as they shave their heads to raise funds and awareness.
